The ABC Board Shipping Unit is responsible for processing merchandise in the Warehouse and loading merchandise for shipment to the ABC stores. This series is composed of loading sheets, completed by warehouse superintendents on a daily basis, to document the number of cases/bottles shipped from the warehouse. Information provided includes invoice number to be prepared by the Purchasing Section, truck number, ABC store number and address, number of cases/bottles, date and time. The sheet is used by the Data Processing Division to enter into and check information on shipments in the computer.
